Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position
The position is based on China mainland, responsible for
1, Scientific communication with HCPs;
2, Build up scientific relationship with HCPs.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
1, Responsible for achieving coverage and frequency targets, and consistently achieving sales targets in assigned territory;
2, Works cooperatively with Medical Science Liaisons and marketing to engage local KOLs;
3, Communicates and cooperates with cross functions, ensuring efficient collaboration on projects;
4, Operates in compliance with Gilead commercial compliance policy, and all applicable local laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination including;
5, Demonstrate judgment and integrity in accordance with the highest ethical and compliance standards, including Gilead’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Chinese laws.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
1, Has proven expertise in interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with strong influencing and negotiating skills;
2, Has a working knowledge of relevant therapeutic/disease/product area;
3, Demonstrates solid analytical skills, able to identify and understand moderately complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to management and specialists;
4, A bachelor degree, in science preferred, and 4+ years of relevant sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry;
5, Achievement of any mandatory country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications is essential.
